SukhiBot privacy notice

Last updated 30 October 2026

SukhiBot is an internal workplace assistant at bot.sukhi.biz for invited staff of SPS India and Youtility. It is not offered to the public. Only people the company has invited can sign in.

What SukhiBot reads from Google

Nothing, until you connect a service yourself. Each connection is separate and you can remove it at any time.

Why

To sort your mail, suggest replies for you to review, put what needs you in your morning note, keep a private summary in your personal wiki so the Mentor can advise you, show your meetings beside your tasks, and work with documents you choose.

Who sees it

Only you. Company owners and administrators cannot open your mail in SukhiBot.

Where it is processed

On servers the company controls. Mail sorting runs on the company's own service. Some features send the relevant text to Google's Gemini service, under the company's account, to write an answer for you.

How long it is kept

SukhiBot deletes its copies of your mail after 365 days. Your original mail stays in Gmail and is never changed by SukhiBot. Disconnecting a service stops all reading at once.

Google API Services User Data Policy

SukhiBot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train general-purpose AI models.

Your choices

You can disconnect any service from Settings in SukhiBot. To see, correct or erase what SukhiBot holds about you, or to raise a grievance, write to amar.sukhi@spsindia.com. If that does not settle it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
